Nagin Retreat is a century-old Kashmiri haveli transformed into an intimate eight-suite sanctuary. Every surface whispers of the craftsmen who shaped it — hand-carved deodar ceilings, intricate papier-mâché panels, hand-knotted silk carpets underfoot.
Set on the quieter western shore of Nagin Lake, away from the tourist bustle, the retreat is your private window onto Kashmir's heartbeat — mornings on the lake, afternoons in the orchard, evenings by the bukhari fire.
